Great food, the tacos had great corn tortillas that were homemade. This place reminds me of Smoked taco, because the tacos have a large variety of fillings and a large quantity of fillings. You can tell they focus on flavor, although the presentation was great. The mahi mahi taco was very spicy, both my father in law and myself couldn't eat it because of the heat, but my husband hardly noticed it. The carnitas taco was melt in your mouth goodness, and the pastor was done right, lots of meat, little pineapple, cut up instead of one but hunk, and full of flavor. My husband used sauces on all of his tacos because he likes the heat, but I enjoyed my tacos just as it was served. We will definitely come by again when we're in the area.

Best Tacos Al Pastor that I've found outside of Mexico City. The meat was just right (most people don't use the right cut for Al Pastor but they do), the pineapple was fresh, and the tortillas were authentic tasting.

The flavors at Maize are knock your socks off good! I admit that I ordered the carne asada taco bowl both times we’ve been here, I loved it that much! My husband is a burrito guy and he went for the surf and turf. The kids loved the carnitas. Both the red and green salsas are delicious and worth trying. I think we found our new favorite burrito place!

Maize Tacos was amazing. The corn tortillas where so good they are the best I’ve had. I loved the thickness and how soft they where. We ordered 3 Carne Asada and 2 Carnitas tacos. But they ended up giving us 5 Carnitas tacos which cost less then Carne Asada. That was frustrating but the Carnitas tacos where so good we enjoyed what we ended up with. They also had a great selection of toppings, I loved their mild red sauce.

I ordered the Asada Super Nachos and a Chicken Burrito from Maize Tacos, and both were absolutely amazing! The portions were incredibly generous—definitely worth the money. The flavors were spot on, with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked meats. On top of that, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Everything about my experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times and have been thoroughly pleased with how good the tacos are. I will say that I've ordered the same tacos a few times and the tortillas and meats have been completely different from time to time. Can't really make sense of the style change even a week apart, but both kinds have been great. I have refered family and friends to Maize for a good taco.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS !! 10/10 Variety of salsa from mild to very hot. If you don’t love hand made tortillas as the original recipe they are a bit thick. No worries they have Regular flour tortillas as for options. Highly recommended Great portion of meat on each taco I come here once a week. My husband is American and he was very impressed lol

I do not know why this place doesn’t have people waiting lined up waiting for food. This place is one of the greatest taco/burrito places I have tried and I have tried so many in the SLC valley. This is a must try. The food is fresh and not dry at all. It was so good. The sauce they give compliments the food so well but honestly you could just eat the food as it is. Amazing. The location is easy to get to and very family friendly. The prices are such a good deal for the amount of food you get. I will be back! I will be telling all my friends about this place. I had the asada burrito and my husband had the al pastor burrito. We saw the people next to us get the super nachos and it was a good amount of food. I highly recommend. The bathrooms were clean as well. If you are looking for a new taco place this might just be it!!
